Just beneath the glow of Marseille’s dining room in Hell’s Kitchen you’ll find Bar Bas: a subterranean city hideaway with a Riviera state of mind. Inspired by the golden-hour ease of the Côte d’Azur, and the energy of Marseille’s port city streets, Bar Bas moves to a rhythm all its own.

Begin your evening around the table with French-Mediterranean cooking, chilled Champagne, and the pleasures of dining together. The hours after dinner are filled with soft tunes, happy hour, and the realization that you’re not quite ready to leave. Then, as the night transitions, we move into after-dark cocktails, live entertainment, and the kind of company you want to keep.
